Privacy notice

Klaargo · Last updated 24 October 2026

In short: a parent signs in, not the child. We keep only what we need to save your child's practice: your email, your child's first name or nickname and class, and their progress. No ads, no selling data, no tracking across other sites. You can delete everything at any time from the parent dashboard.

Who we are

Klaargo is run by F7 Consulting Private Limited under the Klaargo brand ("we"). We are the data fiduciary for the personal data described here under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

What we collect and why

DataWhy we need it
Parent's email address (and name, if you sign in with Google)To sign you in and to contact you about your account
Record of your consent and the dateTo show that a parent or guardian agreed before any child data was stored
Child's first name or nickname, and class (9 or 10)To show the right chapters and let children pick their own profile
Practice progress: lessons read, questions tried and solved, quiz scores, XP, days practisedTo save progress across devices and show it to you in the parent dashboard

We do not ask children for an email address, phone number, photo, school name or location. Please use only a first name or a nickname for each child.

Parental consent

Because the learners are under 18, we store a child's data only after a parent or legal guardian signs in and gives consent. You can withdraw consent at any time by deleting the child's profile or your account.

What we never do

Where the data is kept

Data is stored with our database provider, Supabase, in its Mumbai (India) region, and is protected so that each parent can access only their own family's records. Our hosting and sign-in providers (Supabase, our web host and, if you choose it, Google) process data only to provide those services to us.

Without signing in, the page saves progress only in your own browser on your own device; nothing is sent to us.

How long we keep it

We keep your data while your account is active. If an account is not used for 24 months, we will delete it. When you delete a child's profile or your account, the data is removed from our live database straight away.

Your rights

You can see your children's progress in the parent dashboard, correct a child's details, remove a child, or delete your whole account there. You can also write to us to access, correct or erase your data, to withdraw consent, or to raise a complaint.
